Terms of Sale and Licence

1. Who we are

MoneyInBytes is operated by MoneyInBytes, Sambhaji Nagar, Satara 415004, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@moneyinbytes.com.

2. What you buy

You buy a licence to use a digital product (a workbook, a program or a course) as described on its product page. Files are delivered by download immediately after payment. You can download them again later from My downloads, the page the link in your receipt email opens, up to the number of downloads shown for the purchase. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make the purchase and accept these terms for you.

3. Your licence

  • For your own personal or household use, on computers you use.
  • You may not share, resell, publish, upload or give the files or their contents to others, or remove notices from them.
  • The products, their text, designs and code remain ours. Your own data that you enter stays yours.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are one-time and shown in the currency of your region, set by us for each region. The price shown at checkout is the price charged.
  • An offer price (for example a festive offer) is shown with its end date and time in India time, and with the regular price it replaces. It applies to orders started at checkout before that time; after it, the regular price applies. The regular price is the price we charge when no offer is running.
  • Upgrades: if you bought an edition and a higher edition of the same product exists, you can upgrade from My downloads and pay only the difference between the higher edition’s price at that moment (its offer price while an offer runs) and what you paid for the edition you own. Each purchase can be upgraded once; a refunded purchase cannot be upgraded. The files of the edition you own stay available.
  • The India price is available only with Indian payment methods (UPI, Indian cards and netbanking). An order at the India price paid with a card issued outside India is not completed and the payment is not taken or is refunded in full.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. Your bank may add its own currency conversion or international fees.
  • Some countries are not yet served. We may refuse or cancel an order where the law or our payment provider requires it, with a full refund.

5. Requirements

Each product lists what it needs (for example, the Microsoft Excel desktop app). You confirm at checkout that you have checked them.

7. Education, not advice

Our learning products teach skills using practice data. They are not investment, tax or financial advice, recommend no security and promise no result. Our tools calculate from the numbers you enter; decisions you take are your own.

8. Our responsibility

We supply each product with reasonable care and skill and as described. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of your country does not allow to be limited.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in them takes away any right you have to bring a claim where you live under the consumer law of your country.

10. Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in force on the day of your purchase apply to it.
